ON THE DAY
TO ENSURE SMOOTH RUNNING OF THE EVENT IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU REPORT ON TIME AS IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE ATTENDEES!
Teams should assemble in the foyer. Please do not go into the changing rooms until instructed to do so by a steward. A pool-side area will be allocated according to your swimming lane. At the end of the team’s swim, please clear the pool area as quickly as possible to allow the next team to prepare.
